1) Holiday hours
In case you need help during the holidays, please make note that email and ticket support hours will be limited from December 24 to January 2 (AEST).
2) Sending a holiday campaign?
For all holiday campaigns, please make sure to send or schedule your messages before 5:00 pm on Friday, December 21 (AEST) to avoid delays. All new and large campaigns need approval before they get sent.
3) Thinking about a holiday campaign?
Don't miss out on the biggest sales season of the year. Almost 50% of all online traffic comes from smartphones, according to Adobe Digital Insights. Use SMS to reach shoppers while they research and buy products on their handheld devices.
